BestFit was one of 6 companies invited to demo their platform at the May 2020 Virtual NY Tech Meetup. It is the world's largest meetup group with over 62,000 members, and is run by the NY Tech Alliance.

During this session, co-founders Asha and Becca shared the key features of BestFit’s latest platform to members, as well as how higher education has been affected by COVID-19 pandemic. They also shared how Bestfit pivoted to support displaced college students during this time, highlighting the lack of systemic support for vulnerable student populations during a pandemic.
